We start with a 30 minute video consultation to discuss design details, center stone preferences, budget & answer any questions you may have. From there, we sketch a custom design for you based on what was discussed during the consult. When you are ready to proceed, we collect a project deposit and immediately start sourcing your diamond. Once we find the perfect diamond for you, a CAD rendering is created. After client approval of the CAD rendering, the ring is sent into production. As our client, you are involved in every step of the process, and requires your approval. Once the ring is finished, we send final videos for approval, collect final payment & ship it out to you FedEx Insured.

Yes! We are happy to offer both Lab Created and Naturally mined diamonds to our clients. We believe there is a space for both options.

We expertly and carefully source your diamond specifically for your project. We work with trusted partners to ensure you are receiving the highest quality diamonds, lab created or natural.

For our custom projects, we do not offer financing. a deposit is taken to start a project, and final payment is taken before your ring is sent out to you. If you are purchasing through our website, we do offer Afterpay.

All domestic pieces are shipped via FedEx Next Day Delivery or 2-Day and fully insured. All deliveries require a signature.
