WARRANTY

We take great pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry for years to come. We offer a manufacturer’s warranty on all our pieces. Normal wear and tear of jewelry pieces may require necessary repairs from time to time. Our warranty covers anything directly related to the manufacturing process. We will happily cover repairs within the first year after purchase. After 1 year, we will pass the cost of the repair onto the client. We will inspect each piece and determine if it is a manufacturing error or if the wearer may be at fault. For example, if a diamond on the band is missing but we see that the prong has been damaged or lifted, that would indicate that the wearer had damaged the ring and therefore would be responsible for the repair costs. The client is responsible for all shipping costs. We strongly suggest that all of our clients insure their diamond rings, as this would help with the cost of repairs or replacements.

DIAMOND WARRANTY

Center stones are not under warranty. We strongly encourage you to insure your jewelry.

We will replace melee diamonds within the first 6 months (2mm and smaller) free of charge. Should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, etc), we will replace the diamonds at cost to the client. Any melee diamond replacement after the 6 months will come with a fee.

CLEANINGS & INSPECTIONS

We HIGHLY recommend having your diamond or gemstone ring inspected every 12 months or so. This can catch any possible loosening of prongs due to normal wear and tear BEFORE any stone loss. Cleanings & Inspections are done at no cost to our clients, but they will be responsible for shipping costs.

WARRANTY VOID

We stand by our work, however if your ring has been worked on by another jeweler, this may void your warranty. Each jeweler has a very specific way to craft their jewelry pieces and we suggest repairs be made by the jeweler who crafted your ring.
